Falcon Seaeye Rov - Underwater Overviews
Falcon Seaeye je Class II is observing robot vehicle (ROV - remotely Operated Vehicles) that can perform a wide range of tasks, working manipulativne operations, more complex tasks of measurement and search, and is ideal for underwater examinations, inspections and oversight.

General Specifications:
    * Max. speed: 3,5 kts (5,6 km/h)
    * Operational depth: up to 300 m
    * Dead weight cargo up to 16 kg
    * Camera with full color high resolution
    * Surface control unit and a video depicting
    * Stand for remote control
    * DVD Recorder (DVD + R standard)
    * Video overlay system of recording
    * Air-conditioned control room
    * Sub-meter positioning

Additional modul equipment:
    * Tritech "Super SeaKing DST" navigational sonar: to increase the identification of underwater objects farther away from the visual range ROV camera, and further increases the possibility of operating in search and finding, and is used to bypass obstacles.
    * Rotating brush is ideal for cleaning smaller areas before, "Measurements of cathode protection" or "FMD probe"
    * Manipulator with 3 degrees of freedom and cutters for ropes up to 9mm diameter.

UNDERWATER AND DYNAMIC POSITIONING


In collaboration with our strategic partner "TRIPODIJ doo from Split, we are able to provide services to our customers - all in one place - underwater positioning, surveying and batimerial surveying, hydrographic record, setting out the route and track laying,batimerial record for the design of subsea route, staking out and making recordings performed state land and submarine routes - a package of services from a single operator.

In real accuracy to find, inspect, mapping of cables, pipelines and related subsea installation use:

1. Underwater Positioning - TrackLink 1500 system "is" an acoustic tracking system "that allows underwater positioning of the ROV's position with an accuracy level of 0.25 / 0.20 m.

2. Dynamic positioning - "Hemisphere VS100, professional DGPS system with differential positioning accuracy from 0.60 to him 95% of real time and integrated gyro and tilt sensors.

3. Software - Trimble Hydro Pro "combines data and dynamic underwater positioning, captures and displays a video image needed to navigate and saves the received data for further use, eg for geodetic and mapping the route crossed.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE CONTROL (NTD)


All marine structures, such as steel offshore structures, must be according to the Croatian Register of Shipping regular review. Part of regular inspection the following Non-destructive testing (NDT - Nondestructive testing):

   1. Measurement of wall thickness (WTM)
   2. Flooded member detector (FMD)

Because of increased security for personnel (divers) and increasing economic savings for underwater use our control remotely controlled underwater vehicle (ROV).

Measuring Wall thickness (WTM)

Measurement of wall thickness (WTM-Wall thickness measurement) is performed to determine the deterioration of metal structures due to the corrosion. Measurement of wall thickness checks on offshore structures, ships, shipwrecks, the monitoring of corrosion of pipelines, storage vessels, etc. The system is accepted by all major classification societies.

For measurements using equipment "Cygnus - Multiple echo ultrasonic, Digital Thickness Gauge". The device was designed to mount on the remote controlled underwater vehicle (ROV), and it is possible without removing surface coatings accurately and rapidly measure the thickness of metal.

FMD test - Flooded member detector

Underwater offshore structures are usually made of steel pipes. Because of the defect on the joints or on the surface leads to penetration of water or the sea into the pipe, resulting in decreased performance of the structure and deterioration of metallic structures due to the corrosion.

For the detection of a breakthrough in the pipes must use ultrasound equipment "Seatronics - Sea Pro 300" (Flooded member detector). The device is designed for mounting remotely controlled underwater vehicle (ROV).
